Mike: FKT (fastest known time) for that route I believe is still Steve Saleeby in 48:12. I doubt many can bike it that fast. Last week was my fastest ever.
48 is really flying but I'm impressed with anything under an hour for that route. 57 is hauling, great job. There are some really rocky downhills on that run that are tough to run fast. The sections at the top of Coyote Ridge and near the Blue Sky junction are wacky.
Hell yeah! Remember, no more than 150 miles per month from here until July...
ReplyDeleteNot that there was much doubt, but congrats on it being official. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteOfficially awesome!
ReplyDeleteAh, the "careful what you wish for" note. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteGeesh Brownie, what are you doing on the computer so early in the morning? I was out running. Need to make sure I break 100 miles for April.
ReplyDeleteThanks all! Someone's gotta represent The Fort down there.
Awesome Rob! Can't wait to watch you tear up that course and bring home a strong finish for the Fort.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! What a beautiful place to run...
ReplyDeleteNice...hey good run at Coyote Ridge on the 19th, saw the splits, that's fast!

ReplyDelete48 is what is about what it takes me to get to the turn around. That, as is 57, is flying.
